Appointments

For well child visits, we recommend that you call our office 3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.

For sick children, we make every effort to schedule an appointment on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting.

If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.

Patients who arrive 15 minutes or more past their appointment time may be asked to rescheduled. We understand that situations arise that may prevent you from making your child’s appointment on time. If your child’s appointment is for a sick visit, we will make efforts to work you back into the schedule. Please be aware there may be an extensive wait time as we will be seeing you in between regular scheduled appointments.
