Welcoming a baby into the family is such a joyous occasion! A "Meet and Greet" is a great way for prospective parents to ask questions, see how we work, and meet one of our providers. We want to help you make the best decision for your family.

We are honored you are considering us for your's child care and would love the opportunity to meet your family. It's amazing to see a child grow into a young adult and knowing that we are part of that development is one of the many reasons why we feel privileged to work in pediatrics.

Call our office to schedule a "Meet and Greet"!

A few weeks before delivery, call the office to let us know you are expecting. You may want to download and fill out our paperwork at that time. When the happy day has arrived, you can tell the hospital staff that you have chosen us as your pediatric provider.

• Any paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records.
• Any available insurance information (often only the parent's insurance is available at the first visit).
• Plenty of diapers and an extra set of clothes.
• Please complete the new patient forms prior to the visit to help make the appointment as smooth as possible.
