Tammy L. Green, MSN, CPNP, is a pediatric nurse practitioner who is committed to the optimal physical, mental, and social health of children. Tammy stresses the importance of partnering with parents and caregivers to achieve healthy outcomes. She relies on the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) to guide her practice. Tammy has earned 17 years experience in pediatric health care, beginning her career at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. She finds the best approach to pediatric health is a combination of care, AAP guidance, experience, and family input.
Tammy attended Clayton State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. She finished a Master’s degree in Pediatric Nursing at Georgia State University. During this time, Tammy trained one on one with an established Pediatrician for 3 years. She is board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB).
Tammy moved to Sunnyvale, Texas in 2016, along with her husband of 28 years and their 3 teenagers. They all LOVE Texas! Her joy is building Lego sets. She is also entertained by listening to true crime pod casts while gardening.
